Why It Matters
What is tummy time, why does your baby protest it, and how does it help build the strength they need to roll, sit, crawl, and walk?

"This is Your baby."
Bringing your new baby into the world is one of the most incredible moments of your life. But it can also feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to feeding.
As a midwife and lactation consultant with over 35 years of experience, I’ve helped thousands of families find their feet. I created this guide to offer you practical advice, expert tips, and the confidence to care for your baby - your way. Whether you’re still pregnant or holding your baby in your arms, this is for you.

MIDWIFE & LACTATION CONSULTANT

ABOUT BETH
I’m a midwife and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I’ve been delivering babies and supporting families since 1990, across the NHS, private practice, and internationally.
I led the Infant Feeding Team at The Portland Hospital in London and have supported many high-profile and celebrity clients through their parenting journeys. My goal is always the same: to help you feel confident, informed, and supported as you care for your baby.
I have two children of my own, so I know first-hand how wonderful and how tricky the early days can be. It’s a privilege to be part of your journey.
